'The Peacock Aura Soarer' is a powerful artwork celebrating femininity, strength, creativity and connection to my roots.
In it, I honour my Great-great-grandfather Edward Peacock, who was an artisan and ornate pattern carver. Discovering another artist in the family finally connected me with my creative roots and gave me ancestral courage to continue with my creative dreams. It is brimming with colour, movement and inner beauty.
