My Neuro-affirming Resources

I am regularly asked about neurodivergent-affirming tools and recommendations. So I’ve put together some recommended resources for you below, based on some of my own personal faves (I share them here because I personally love them - no money or affiliates).

I update these regularly and only recommend resources I personally use, or have used throughout my journey.
