Harnessing Creativity & Intuition for intentional Planning

Hi Beauty πŸŒΈπŸ’«

It’s wonderful to see you here at the start of another year - 2026!

For the last decade, I’ve created a vision board in January, to guide my year ahead. For me, this process involves choosing an intention to prioritise or experience in the upcoming year, then using collage, colour and text to bring that concept to life in an artwork of some sort - and hanging it somewhere I’ll see it all year, to remind me of my values.

The reason I’ve always done this, is art is a way I can capture and work with multiple and felt-sense intentions more tangibly, whilst allowing moments of magic to weave through as I co-create with materials, shapes and forms. I also do this, because I’m shit at planning in linear, logical ways, as they don’t match my creative, interest-led neuro-sparkly brain. Put simply, I process best when it’s a creative, kinaesthetic, practical experience that I enjoy doing!

This year, I felt a new visioning approach was needed for 2026 - one that mirrored deepening into my cyclic nature and attunement to natural rhythms, while still drawing on my innate strengths in intuitive connection and creativity. I felt into which materials might match this approach for me, and decided I’d explore a combination of therapeutic art-making, tarot-oracle cards, photography, digital media and journaling.

So with these resources at hand, I got started on my 2026 Creative Intuition Guide - something I could print out and put on my altar and refer to for the year ahead.

Using intuitive art-making, tarot, oracle cards and journaling, I spent time over a few days tuning into insights for the unfolding months and seasons of 2026, and making a beautiful document to guide my year ahead.

Here’s a short reel capturing a snapshot of my process:

How I created an Intuitive Intention Plan for 2026 βœ¨πŸŽ¨πŸ’«

  1. I created four title cards for the seasons, using scrap card, pens and some paint sticks I had on my art cart.

  2. I then matched an oracle card deck to each season card.

  3. Once the decks were selected, I shuffled and chose one card for each season overall, and a card for each month within that season. As I created, I photographed the cards and seasons to document with later on.

  4. I then intentionally sat with each monthly card, looking at the imagery, reading over the booklet, and sensing into the messages each card held. These came to me in gut hunches, image associations, visual imagery in my mind, and sometimes short words or sentences. I jotted all these down in my remarkable digital notepad.

  5. Once I had all the guidance documented, I opened up Canva, uploaded the photos, and made it all pretty and structured in a document to see at a glance what intentions I might like to focus on for the months and the season ahead.

It turned out so beautifully, I’ve decided to share a free copy in my next newsletter to my mailing list on January 20th πŸ’—πŸ«ΆπŸ½

I’m really excited, because these monthly intentions also map across to my monthly Peri-Women-Pause therapeutic art workshops, which open for enrolments on 1st February. Have you checked it out yet? It’s going to be so nurturing. The Creative Intuition plan will be available free in the Peri-Women-Pause Members’ Studio too.

I have loads of wonderful, monthly workshops and creative experiences coming up this year and I’m genuinely excited to share them with you! If you’d like to receive creative updates, you’re welcome to sign up to my mailing list, located at the bottom of my website.

I hope you experience so much love and authentic guidance in your 2026 ahead. I’d be honoured to co-create some artful, intuitive guidance in your year ahead.
