Creative wellbeing journal - Crone's catharsis

Something keeping me sane and grounded during this time is art journaling.
I sit on my front deck, meditate in any way that meets my needs in the moment, then create a little sketch of my meditation experience, using pencils or watercolour.
Today in my meditation, I saw my face as an old women, she had sparkling eyes and a warm heart, and she imparted some ‘there-there-darling’ vibes my way. Speaking to my crone-self was just beautiful. She has so much wisdom to share. Seeing myself old makes me know I’ll make it through all this and thrive on the other side. Maybe give it a go if you’d like to. ❤️
