Nourishing, Soulful Art for Imaginative Kids, Teens & Grown-Ups

ARTUITION Art Classes aren’t just any old workshops … Here, we experience a wide range of process-inspired art experiences, specially designed to celebrate you/your child’s unique imagination, ideas and nervous system!

Each session we explore a fresh fusion of drawing, painting, sculpture or sustainable nature art-making, teamed with mindfulness and emotional wellbeing skills to help develop emotional regulation - perfect for sensitive, creative, and/or neurodiverse kids, teens (& grown-ups!)

There are no paint-by-numbers classes here, where everyone creates the same thing. Participants are supported and encouraged to develop artistic skills and mindful art techniques directly related to your unique goals, skills and interests; both in our small group art classes and individual art therapy sessions.

I have worked with kids and families for over 25 years and hold qualification is Art, Art Therapy & Education.

ARTUITION Studio is based in Clontarf, Queensland … or learn with me Online. I’d love to work with your family!

Ally shares …

Chrissy's Art classes are a treat and I absolutely recommend them to everyone. My child has attended both group and private classes, and benefits from each.
In her Art Zen class, Chrissy creates a space that is calm and gentle and, at the same time, encourages playfulness and curiosity. It's a beautiful balance.
My child is autistic and is sometimes really chatty and energetic, other times quiet. He really enjoys getting to set the pace. Chrissy is actively present, following his lead and respecting his personal space.
He always comes home happy.

Hi Miss Chrissy, My girls have loved your art classes so much and I have found that the benefits have gone well beyond improving their artistic abilities.

They tell me how calm they feel, that your classes relax them. Through creating art, you have taught them how to self-regulate any anxieties they are experiencing and this has made a noticeable difference. This ability to find a calmness through art is something I want them to keep exploring.

Why am I telling you this? Well, to express my gratitude to you! Clearly your teaching is having an impact (on both girls) and so I want to say thank you! Gillian 🙏 🎨
