This Teeny Little Nature Deck

Have you ever heard of the term Biophilia? It speaks to the way that humans are biologically predisposed to enjoy and affiliate with the natural world.
Whether it’s admiring flowers, sensing calm by the ocean or enjoying bird song, spending time connecting with nature can positively influence our mental and emotional wellbeing.
I definitely notice when I have a nature deficit in my life - I feel more rushed, stuck in my head and less connected with the world around me. Whereas on the other hand, after even 5 minutes in nature, my shoulders start to relax, I shift into awe and beauty mode and I feel part of a greater whole.
So I decided to paint myself a mini nature deck this week, filled with simple and achievable 5 minute prompts I can do each day to fill my wellness cup.
