Hello beautiful,

I hope you are navigating these new beginnings with increasing kindness and an opening heart. These last few weeks, I’ve been really leaning into my daily practices to self-nourish. I’ve had to. The wellbeing of myself, family, community and planet has become my number one priority, and I’m grateful to have the time and space to nurture them all on the daily.
