Introducing Art & Chai ... your monthly online creative escape, with laid back online art-making to relax, sip tea and feed your colourful soul with artful inspiration.

Hereβs How it works
Our regular Art & Chai session outline:
When you sign up to join us, youβll receive access to the Art & Chai Memberβs Community page, which includes your art supplies, zoom link + more
On the night, Iβll share an intuitive intention card reading (using my card decks) to make things a little big magic and spesh!
Then, a short, guided mindfulness to tune into our presence & flow
I'll share some simple (optional) prompts you might like to explore in your art-making
Now, we create in our own way, with whatever materials we bring along (see example BYO supplies further below π)
Afterwards, we'll share a little optional check-in about the art experience π«
Your Facilitator
Hi, Iβm Chrissy. Iβm a late-diagnosed, highly sensitive, perimenopausal, cat-loving Autistic-ADHD artist, arts therapist, and educator, with a Masterβs in Therapeutic Arts Practice, Specialising in Research.
As a sensitive, empathetic, kind-hearted giver, l know it can be challenging it can be to carve out time for our own needs and soulful regeneration.
With an intuitive, creative and highly sensitive nervous system, I need regular time to create freely, nourish my inner flow, align with my special interests and experience beautiful environments to help regulate my nervous system.
Thatβs why I created Art & Chai ... a regenerative online experience we can share together with likeminded people to relax, feed our creativity and enjoy some nourishing time-out.

Why Join Art & Chai?
Sessions will include a balance of mindful prompts and free-time for your creativity, to help remind you to stay in the process of relaxed art-making (I know itβs easy to approach all tasks with an outcome-based, perfectionist mindset!).
Itβs a gift you can give yourself every month. A time to slow down, immerse yourself in a supportive, inspiring environment and take time for some active rest.
By the end of each slow-paced session, you can easily imagine feeling so much more relaxed, lighter, grounded, and refreshed. Yay!
I'm so excited. My tummy feels both soft and relaxed about sharing this time with you.
Oh, and did I mention, youβll have access to some FREE downloadable colouring in pages, inspired by my artworks?
Art & Chai is a beautiful, nourishing and accessible way to carve out some time for creativity & Self-Care. If we donβt make time for nourishing regeneration, who will?
Each month, we will gather together via zoom to breathe a sigh of relief, be in good company and get back into our flow, which is easily depleted in our busy day-to-day lives.

AND, each session includes a live, mini intuitive card reading, to bring aligned prompts and a little magical guidance to our session together πͺπ¦β¨
