‘Across Barriers’ is an intuitive artwork I created in one sitting (actually standing!) in the art therapy studio a few years ago. I had no plan and allowed each colour, shape, texture and even words popping around in my head to present themselves on the paper emergently. As a result, the piece has a living vibrancy and aliveness to it.
