How to make easy affirmation art
I’ve always loved a good quote. You know when you read or hear a quote and it drops into your being and shimmers throughout your body like a pebble emanating through still water?
That’s soul resonance, right there.
The trouble is, we have these resonance moments and then keep moving on with our busy lives … and the soul shimmer-moments fade all too quickly.
How to Embed new values
Art-making is a delightful way to playfully and openly help our new thoughts and values root in, so they belong inside us for good.
When we make art, we can integrate our knowing beyond our logical minds and into our heart-spirit resonance space.
Plus it feels super great to engage in!
Tips to make your own affirmation art
If you’d like to affirmation art a try, start by finding or recalling some quotes that feel meaningful to you. Magazines, Pinterest and google are great places to start.
When you have some quotes (or your own words), try writing them down in a journal or sketch book and decorate them with lines, shapes or colours that feel fun or symbolic to you.
Simply grab a pen and some pencils or watercolours or crayons or whatever you have at home, and get started! You may be delightfully surprised and the joyful feels of it all.
