Creative wellbeing journal - Begin to emerge

I’m feeling really connected today. My heart feels open and receptive and free.
To begin my morning creative wellbeing practice, I chose some Intuitive Wisdom Cards and gathered some art supplies and sat down for a meditation on my front deck. To honour my connected feeling, I used a crayon to draw the rise and fall of my breath. No specific vision, just moving the crayon to my breathing. I then had the feeling to fill in the negative spaces with colour.

Looking at this image felt like a background for something else to emerge. I found some magazine offices I’d kept in the back of my journal, and cut and arranged them one by one, allowing the image and message to unfold in its full splendour.
What emerged feels like a new path forward to me, particularly in relation to sharing my creativity via online classes. See the egg at the crow’s feet? It’s fruitful and ready to hatch into the world. ❤️❤️❤️
