Hi guys, today I'm humbled to share with you one of my new favourite Artworks ... Spirit Wishes.

'Spirit Wishes' is a powerful mixed media Artwork about turning within, especially when the path ahead seems unclear. I know personally at these times, it can be difficult to see all the gifts currently present in our lives (and within us).

'Spirit Wishes' reminds us to make quiet time to reflect on our deepest desires and not to turn our back on them. Rather, when we let ourselves identify our Spirit's Wishes, we can simply pivot our intention towards their healing grace.

Sometimes when we just give ourselves a little time to reflect and feel, we realise that our searching has all been directed outward, when what we really need is a little bit of inspiration from within. It's not just the big dreams that scare us, but all the teeny tiny moments we choose to spend away from ourselves. When we're always 'out there' with everyone else, there's no one home to look after us.

That's why it's important to reclaim regular snippets of our day to breathe, check-in with our own needs and let our actions support our greatest sense of self. This is no easy feat, so I created this Artwork to remind those of us who need it.
