π«π Create Your Own Inspirational Quote Book ππ«
Hi lovely,
I have always loved wordsmithing. Discovering a meaningful quote that hits me right in the feels, is such a simple uplifter and inspires me to remember I belong, and Iβm not alone.
Having collected quotes for years, I know how instrumental they can be to bolster us through challenging times β¦ so much so, that theyβve made it into many of my artworks and card decks over the years.
For the last couple of years Iβve been creating my own quote books, to uplift me via therapeutic art-making, and experience self-discovery in the process.
Sometimes, Iβll write or glue in quotes I find in old calendars and magazines. Other times, Iβll cut out some words I come across, and create my own poetic quotes.
Itβs such a fun, freeing and nourishing experience! Here are some ways to create your own.
How to Make Your Own Inspirational Quote Books
Simply use an existing notebook, and hand-write your favourite quotes in. A notes app on your phone can become an archive for your faves!
Make a handmade stapled notebook using printer paper, index cards, or patterned papers, stapled or taped together. Decorate with collage, drawings, painting and secure a pice of string or elastic and beads.

3. Try making a cool, single sheet notebook (my fave!). Using A4 or A3 page, paint or draw a pattern on the front. Fold, snip and re-fold to create a cool mini notebook to add your quotes to (Simple, quick YouTube tutorial HERE.)
