Drawing Potted Plants Mindfully

Hello beautiful,

I don’t know about you, but I’ve been feeling some rushy, anxious energy flowing in lately as we’re all adapting to changes in our local and worldwide experiences and trying to stay centred amongst it all.

Intuitive art-making has always been such a relaxing and grounding experience for me, so this weekend I spent a lazy Sunday morning mindfully drawing potted plants on my front deck to feel grounded and present again.

In this short video, I share a few tips for how I create simple mindful drawings in my sketch book, using markers and pot plants.
