Today’s Intuitive Wisdom card share is ‘Integrity’ 🌿🐘
It’s a little reminder to practice speaking and acting lovingly and authentically, primarily towards ourselves first, then naturally spilling into our relationships.
Some of us are easily outspoken and others feel it challenging to share from our strengths and vulnerabilities. Wherever we stand on the integrity action spectrum, there is always space for us to gift ourselves with more loving presence, to identify our needs and take loving action on them.
Sometimes this means a kind and loving word to ourselves when we catch an old story that no longer guides us lovingly toward. Other times, it’s sharing an inner truth we’ve discovered with others, so we can own and express ourselves more freely.
Wherever we’re at, know this: none of us have it all together. We’re all doing our best to stretch into ourselves and there are times, moments, sometimes months and years, where authentically leaning into ourselves can feel uncomfortable, scary and unknown. Because once we know our truth, we’re confronted with the impacts of change.
Vulnerability is something we all share as humans, and when we realise we are all privy to growing and not-knowing, other than this present next step, sharing our truth can become easier, because we know others experience and know this aspect of human-ing too.
The more we acknowledge and share our tender hearts and growing selves, the more freedom we can find to allow ourselves to grow without shame. We’re truly, truly, all in this together and we all just want to love and be loved for who we really are. There’s deep beauty in honouring our truth. 🌈🐘🌿
