I feel wonderful to finally share my completed colour spirit portrait with you, 'Heart Medicine'.

'Heart Medicine' is a deeply intuitive painting about tuning in and listening to what our inner being has to say, to guide us towards a greater loving of Life. So often, we wonder what the next step forward is and how to 'get it right'. This Artwork depicts how our wisdom unfolds in each moment and when we truly listen within, we have all the answers for 'right now'.

As I worked on this piece, I consistently went within and painted her in colours and shapes to match the wisdom She shared with me. In the moments I felt stuck, I realised I was reaching too hard for the right answers and instead, I stepped into the inner wisdom available to me in my present.

I absolutely love how she's turned out; a real gift from my heart expressed into the world.
